Lima Bean Salad

Mmmm. Boil some dried baby Lima beans til they are tender but not mushy - about 45 mins.

Sauté some broccoli, bell pepper, whatever you've got. Chop up some red onion into tiny pieces.

Mix together with some olive oil, s &p, cayenne, fresh herbs like sage or rosemary, turmeric and chill. You've got a tasty hearty potluck treat!
