DAMN that was delicious. Had some poblano mole w portobello mushroom, zucchini, baby spinach and corn at Moles La Tia in East LA. Can't wait to go back for the eggplant, and that orgasm inducing creamy squash n corn soup...
We stopped by to eat after a great workshop by Sylvia Raskin on EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) at Colibri Boutique. Colibri features local artists and community workshops, and just opened in February! Master Artist Ofelia Esparza, Artist and Co-Owner of Sticky Ricks Rosanna Ahrens, Holistic Chiropractor Dr. Elena Esparza and Community Artist Erendira Bernal joined forces to create a boutique in their neighborhood for the community to enjoy and thrive with.
