Lemon Tots

These are the easiest - slice potatoes into thin slices, lay them in the pan. Drizzle olive oil, add some salt and pepper. Slice the lemons thinly and lay them on top of the potatoes. Throw it in the oven til the potatoes are tender. The lemon will basically dissolve, leaving the peels. Eat around them.
