Delicious miso soup: in a pot boil filtered water. When it has boiled turn down the heat - add seaweed like nori or wakame. Then add what's in your fridge - in here is carrots, tofu cubes, mushrooms, goji berries and chopped garlic.
Then take a cupful of liquid in a cup and mash 3 tablespoons of miso paste to make a thick liquid - add this to the pot. When everything is warm you're done! Just don't let it boil with the ingredients in it.
