I Am Whole

A Cafe Gratitude ripoff!! (See Raw Vegan "Ceviche" for the first one.

Brown rice (or barley in this case) with adzuki beans, nori, shredded carrots, kimchee, and avocado. Added sauteed brussels sprouts to this one. The seaweed I added to the barley/rice in the final minutes of cooking so it would hydrate. Mix it all together with some sprouts and tahini sauce!!
