Breakfast, Love

Sammy is the King of yummy breakfast. This was our love day morning brew: teff with dates, honey, and walnuts (salt to taste), Greek yogurt w blueberries, and cafecitos.

In kundalini yoga we asked each other what love means to us.

Love to me is being with and for another human. Sometimes that's my partner. Often, it's the youth I work with, family and friends, and perfect strangers.

The opportunities to love abound. In every moment, notice how you can open to them.
