Greek Salad

My cousin in Italy also made this - I love eating non-Italian food when I'm visiting my family. Defies the myth that Italians only eat pasta and pizza (even though they do).

  1. Chop up some red onion, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper.
  2. Throw in some kalamata olives to taste (I don't like too many since they are so salty).
  3. Crumble some feta cheese (don't buy the low fat, it has more sodium than the normal kind!)
  4. Mix it up with some olive oil and you're done! You probably won't need to add salt because of the olives, but you can add some ground pepper.
