1. Chop up a bunch of Dinosaur Kale (or any kale for that matter)!
2. Heat up a tablespoon of olive or sesame oil in your cast iron.
3. Throw in a small handful of sunflower seeds, and toss them to coat with oil.
4. Once the oil and seeds are warm, throw in your kale.
5. Saute until bright green, about 5 minutes.
6. Voila! Squeeze some lemon over your greens for extra special zing!
