Ginger Tamari Cabbage

We had so much cabbage from the South Central Farm box so...I chopped it up, and in a cast iron mixed safflower oil, toasted sesame oil, tamari, fresh ginger, garlic, salt and pepper. Sautéed that together for a bit til it heated up and was bubbling, then added the chopped cabbage and stirred constantly til it was soft and browned from the tamari. You may need to add more tamari when cooking to coat it, but then watch it on adding any extra salt! Tamari is salty enough.
