Maple Glazed Carrots

Carrots from our SCF box, as well as some organic ones from Whole Foods.

Chop them up lengthwise into strips the same size, and put in the pan with olive oil, salt and lots of freshly ground black pepper - the bigger the grind the better! And put more much more than usual.

Sautée the carrots and when they are near done pour some maple syrup on them and keep cooking on high heat. When they're the crunchiness you want you are done!
