A mix between the Mmm Sesame Tofu and Tempeh Carrot Roast recipes!
- Chop up firm tofu into cubes. Put in a cast iron with a couple pressed garlic cloves and some minced ginger root to taste. Drizzle toasted sesame oil on top. Let sit for a little bit.
- Cut carrots lengthwise into quarters, then make them shorter.
- Mix them up with the tofu and throw in the oven at about 350 until the tofu is browned and doesn't taste raw in the middle anymore.
